He is survived by: his wife Brenda Kay Rhoten; his children, Lisa Janosik (Bill), Kimberly Rhoten, Adam Rhoten and Mark Sweatt; his grandchildren, Alissa Seay (Jonathan), Adrianna Rhoten (Jason), Sarah Dinsmore (Scott), Jacklyn Weeks (Chris), Victoria Robinson, Ashlei Selden (Matt), Markell Pittman, Matthew Janosik and Daniel Janosik; his great grandchildren, Alaynna Hicks (Nick), Telyna Hicks, Kynslee Chavis, Elijah Hicks, Austin Dinsmore, Brantley Dinsmore and Carter Dinsmore; and his siblings, Jannet Corbin, Patty Haines, Gene Rhoten and Lacy Rhoten. He is also survived by his family and friends.
