He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Graham and Agnes Arey Chappell. He is survived by: his daughter Julie Kristine Robinson Chappell; his wife Susan Ann Chappell; his sister Betty Jean Costley; his nephew Richard Wayne Ramsey, Jr. (Pam); and his niece Taylor Corrine Ramsey.
