He was predeceased by: his siblings, Anne Whitmore Collins, Floyd Gilliam Whitmore, Jr., Katherine Whitmore Wray, Henry Beryl Whitmore and Margaret Whitmore Weirup.
He is survived by: his wife Marcia Procise Whitmore; his children, Vincent Scott Whitmore (Annette) and Donna Lynne Tuten (Doug); his grandchildren, Erica, Travis, Ashley, Samantha, Joseph, Reese and Haley; and his great grandchildren, Aubree and Quinn.
