He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Lee and Mae Bell Wiseman Presnell; his wife Elena Intrepido Presnell; and his siblings, Arnold Presnell, Vernon Presnell, Max Presnell, Mildred Swalinski and Wilma Jean Webber.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Presnell (Janet) and Tammy Respass (Chris); his grandchildren, Christopher Presnell (Kylie), Ashley Fisher (Jason) and Kyle Respass; his great grandchildren, Greyson, Brooklynn, Grady and Landon; his brothers, Lowell Presnell (Judy) and Howard Presnell (Jackie); and his sister-in-law Antonietta Tutt.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Alvin Small Funeral Homes and Crematory - Colonial Heights (2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, VA 23834). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (151 W Washington St, Petersburg, VA 23803). A burial was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Virginia Veterans Cemetery (10300 Pridesville Rd, Amelia Court House, VA 23002).
