She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Merhout and Johnny Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Allen Rush (Mike); her children, Amy Rush and B. J. Rush; her granddaughters, Cheyanne Young, Brielle Watkins and Hailey Bradshaw; her brothers, David Johnson and Terry Johnson; and her nephews, Matthew Johnson, Todd Johnson, Christopher Johnson, Mitchell Johnson and Nicholas Johnson.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory (2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, VA 23834).
