With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy (Dot) Tinney Mizelle (Colonial Heights, Virginia), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on August 14, 2023 at the age of 85. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert W. Tinney and Anna J. Tinney; and her brother James W. Tinney (Anne). She is survived by: her sons, Steve Edwards and Ken Edwards (Susan) of Charlotte, NC.; her granddaughter Anna Edwards New (Grant) of Beaufort, SC; her brother Mike Tinney (Charlene) of Laurel; and her nephews, Brad Tinney (Julia) and Daniel Tinney (Kelly).
