She was predeceased by: her grandmother Velma Mitchell Hayes; her stepgrandfather Patrick Hayes; and her grandparents, Sammie Culliton and Ruby Culliton. She is survived by: her parents, Sharon Baker-Holdsworth and Ted A. Culliton; her mother-in-law Karen; her brother Brandon A. Culliton (Brien); her nieces and nephews, Ruby Ann and PepperMae; and her grandfather Billy S. Baker. She is also survived by great aunts, uncles, many cousins, and beloved friends.
