She is survived by: her mother Rhonda Noel (Atiyyah) of South Chesterfield; her husband Bryant Williams of South Chesterfield; her children, Jasmin Seay of South Chesterfield and Thomas "Jordan" Sumpter (Imani) of South Chesterfield; her grandson Nasir Seay of South Chesterfield; her grandmother Lovell H. Noel of Ettrick; her siblings, Dr. Kimberly Wynn of Henrico, Everett Wynn (Tuenika) of Suffolk and Jerrod Wynn of Blackstone; and her friends, Deitra Scott (Woodrow) of Maryland, Jeffery Sumpter (Tariguez) of Matoaca, Jovanna Todd of Matoaca, Efrem Noel of Disputanta, Tiffany McQueen (Levan) of Houston, Connie Jones of Las Vegas and Eugene Batiste, III (Yerika) of Petersburg. She is also survived by cousins, extended family.
