We are sad to announce that on September 29, 2022, at the age of 84, Delia Theresa Bilter Halstead of Colonial Heights, Virginia, born in Brooklyn, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Joseph and Anna Alvino Bilter; her husband Sherman Halstead, Sr.; her brothers, Alexander Bilter and Frederick Bilter, Jr.; her brother-in-law Harry Lilly; and her mother-in-law Vera Lilly.
She is survived by: her children, Sherman Halstead, Jr. and Theresa Liebler; her grandchildren, Heather Beirbnacki and Terance Liebler; her friend Sue McCool; and her sisters-in-law, Carole Bilter and Nancy Bilter. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
