He was predeceased by: his parents, Clay B. Jarvis, Sr. and Pansy Renn Jarvis; his grandson Christopher B. Jarvis; his wife Shelby; his children, David (Kimberly), Laurie Foster (Willie) and Brian Keith (Susan); and his grandsons, Jeffrey Matheny (Elaine), William Matheny, Brandon Jarvis, Owen Jarvis, Andrew Eby and John Driver.
He is survived by: his great grandchildren, Jeffrey Clay Matheny, Gwen Matheny, Olivia Matheny and Braxton Jarvis; and his siblings, Ollie Jarvis (Kathy) and Della Hathaway (Gene).
