We are sad to announce that on October 12, 2023, at the age of 95, Arline Holt Small of Colonial Heights, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Holt and Naomi Holt. She is survived by: her sisters, Margaret Holt Partin and Mildred Holt Robertson; her husband Herbert S Small; her daughters, Susan Small Belcher (Earl) and Nancy Small Barnes (Kris); her grandchildren, Ashley Watkins McSwain (Thomas), Austin Kris Barnes (Holly), Kelsey Paige Barnes (Kerry) and Callie Elisabeth Belcher (Michael); and her great grandchild Brooklyn Faye McSwain. She is also survived by mother to her two daughters.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Colonial Christian Church.
