He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Hooks and Rose Hooks; and his former wife Maureen. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Philip (Charlene) and Michele; his stepdaughter Catherine (James); his grandchildren, Alex, Amy, Summer, Angela, Argus, Amber and Drew; and his stepgranddaughter Celes. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
