She is survived by: her friend Heidi Hopkins; her husband Kenneth Cooke; her sons, Brian (Abigail), Travis (Rebekah), Tyler (Bethanie) and Joshua (Tabitha); her grandchildren, Olivia, Faith, Judah, Adeline, Isabelle, Garret, Eden, Isaiah, Meredith and Selah; her mother Peggy Johnston; and her sisters, Sandy Fudge (Charlie) and Shirley Walker (Blight).
