He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Batten Webster of Gloucester; his daughters, Katheryn Webster Roberts (William J.) of Gloucester and Melanie Webster Williams (Michael B.) of King George; his grandchildren, Morgan Roberts of Gloucester, Andrew Williams (Alaina) of Naples and Rebecca Williams of Covington; his brother Donald Eugene Webster (Diane H.) of Charlottesville; and his aunt Ellen Hinkle Layman of Richmond. He is also survived by his several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
