He is survived by: his niece Johanna Payne (George); his sisters, Roberta Brooks (Lanham, MD), Mildred Reed of Upper Marlboro, MD and Shirley Dowell (James); and his siblings-in-law, Odessa Toliver of Hyattsville, MD, Charles S. Parker and Reverend Charles Payton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
