He was predeceased by: his parents, Andre Joseph and Pauline Blancke of Hyattsville, Maryland.. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine H. Blancke; his sons, Scott Michael Blancke (Margery) of Severna Park and Michael Ryan Blancke (Elizabeth) of Manassas, Virginia; and his granddaughter Victoria Lynn Blancke of Annapolis, Maryland..
