He was predeceased by: his siblings, Daphne Dale Chamberlin and Donald Duane Chamberlin. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Collawn Chamberlin; and his siblings, Lynn Chamberlin Bloomfield (Hartley) and Harvey Jay Chamberlin (Karen). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
