It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Lee Wood of Colonial Beach, Virginia, who passed away on August 20, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Henry Lee Howard, Jr. and Margaret Lorraine Simpson. She is survived by: her daughters, Victoria Wood Barry (James) of Colonial Beach and Frances Lorraine Morin (Joseph) of Albany, Georgia; her grandchildren, Latainia Wood, Jay McCurdy, Johnny Kyle and Val Boutot; her great grandchild James McCurdy; and her niece Lisa Howard. She is also survived by numerous other great-grandchildren.
