He is survived by: his son Brian; his daughter-in-law Shannon Taylor of Colonial Beach; his granddaughter Layney Taylor; his sister Pam Foster (Steve) of Gloucester; and his stepbrother Kevin Jenkins (Dawn) of Colonial Beach.
