He is survived by: his wife Kay; his brother Dave; his stepchildren, Kathleen Shifflett, Carter Timberlake and Chad Timberlake; his stepgrandchildren, Aaron Clift, Wyatt Clift and Sarah Putman; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Wesley and Wayland Clift. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
