He was predeceased by: his parent Donald (Elizabeth West). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn West; his children, Donald West II (Kelly) and Mary "Toby" Carpenter (Jason); his siblings, Gail Gandy, Kenneth "Slick" West (Julie) and Susie Carpenter (Mark); and his grandchildren, Angellina Fields (Tony), Danielle Hurt (Porter), Brett Wayne Webster (Trista), Makayla West (Nick), D. J. West (Kristen), Dylan Clevinger and Wyatt Clevinger. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
