He was predeceased by: his wife Teresa Henderson; his sister Sue A. Osborne; and his parents, Anne J. Hall and Dan J. Henderson, Sr.. He is survived by: his pet Charlotte; his siblings, Timothy F. Hall (Tammy Sullivan-Hall) and Robyn A. McClanahan (Patrick L. McClanahan, Sr.); and his nieces and nephews, T. J. Hall, Taylor L. Hall, Patrick L. McClanahan, Jr., Shaun M. McClanahan, Philip R. McClanahan, Summer J. Carter and Holly L. Johnson. He is also survived by seven great-nephews and –nieces.
