He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Wilkins Baldwin; his parents, Erwin Baldwin and Margaret Baldwin; and his sister Mary Crovatt. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Perrell (John), Sherri Dutton (Michael), Kathleen Wilson (Bradley) and Robert Baldwin; his brother Frank Baldwin (Kathleen); and his friend Pat Tharp. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; numerous nieces and nephews.
