He was predeceased by: his father Ralph. He is survived by: his mother Katherine; his wife Sheryl; his children, Brandon Boyd, Randy Taylor and Kristen (Bill Luchynsky); his nephews, Seth and Jacob; and his niece Mattie. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
