He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucy Lois Wood and Ernest William Holt; and his brothers, Billy Holt and Glenn Holt. He is survived by: his wife Francis Holt; his children, Marsha H. Kiser (Scott) of Florida and Larry W. Holt (Carrie) of Collinsville, VA; his brothers, Clarence Holt of Westfield, NC and Guy Holt of Stuart, VA; and his grandchildren, Caleb, Jonathan, Matthew, Kaytlyn Kiser, Cody and Lundyn Holt.
