He was predeceased by: his father Wayne Randle Lewis, I; his daughter Celia Lewis; and his wife Madana Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Joanne Moussa, Amanda Lewis, Laura Lewis, Jessica Lewis, Cassandra Newton, Rusty Lewis, Billy Lewis and John Aurand. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and his sisters and brothers.
