He is survived by: his mother Joyce Marie Wishnevsky Surber; his daughters, Hannah Elizabeth Sharpe (Cameron) and Madison Marie Surber; his sister Crystal Hairston; and his pet Bella. He is also survived by 3 nephews; 1 niece, several other relatives and friends.
