He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Russell Fulcher and Julia Feazell Fulcher; his son Samuel Russell Fulcher; and his siblings, Calvin, Junior, H. Glenn Fulcher, Sallie Jane Law, Elma Gilley, LucilleWyatt, Mary Elizabeth Fulcher and Julia Ruth Fulcher.
He is survived by: his wife Bettye Overton Fulcher of Collinsville; his children, Timothy Dale Fulcher (Sandra Stone Fulcher), Michael Stephen Fulcher (Janie Collinsworth Fulcher) and Sharon Fulcher-Estes (Albert Estes); his great grandchildren, Samuel "Russ" Russell Fulcher Jr., Kimberlee D. Turner, Scott E. Fulcher, Nicole J. Fulcher, Matthew, Kimberly Philpott, Elizabeth "Beth" E. Fulcher of Collinsville, Cara Philpott Wimmer and Andrew; his sister Gladys Collins (William); and also, Guy Henry Fulcher of Stoneville, NC, Bailey, John Fulcher of Ridgeway, Maddie, Audrey Philpott of Durham, NC, Silas Fulcher, Grace, Benjamin, Jake and Emily Wimmer of Winston-Salem, NC. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
