He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Jean Tabor Yates; and his brother Michael Dwayne Fields. He is survived by: his father Clyde Ray Fields, Jr.; his wife Wanda Jean Wilson Fields; his sons, Christopher Allen Warren, Sydney Fields and Adam C. Fields; and his siblings, Kathy Bowles, Michelle Denise Yates (Deese) and Curtis Yates.
