He was predeceased by: his father Luther Douglas McCambridge; and his siblings, Donald McCambridge, Marvin McCambridge, Everett McCambridge, LeRoy McCambridge, Brenda Looney and Irene Mabry.

He is survived by: his wife Frances Franklin McCambridge; his sons, Jeff McCambridge (Kathy) and Myron McCambridge (Niki); his grandchildren, Kelcey Rigney (Tyler), Sarah McCambridge, Nick McCambridge and Collin McCambridge; and his sister Kay Phillips.
