He was predeceased by: his parents, Sanford Thomas Tilley and Frances Louise Bullins Tilley; his wife Patsy Ann Crawford Tilley; and his grandson Brandon Wayne Gillispie. He is survived by: his children, Rodney Tilley, Cindy Tilley Littles (James), Christopher Tilley and Jackey Tilley Gillispie Richards (Ronnie); his grandchildren, Justin Wayne Tilley, Tyler Joseph Tilley, Abbagail Dawn Tilley, Kaylanne Marie Dillon, Nathenial Conner Littles, Deseree Joy Tilley (Daniel Gillispie) of Jeremy, Taylor Danielle Lewis, Brandin Lee Gillispie and Makayla Breanne Richards; and his siblings, Steve Tilley (Linda), Ricky Tilley (Lisa), Timothy Tilley (Eve), Mark Tilley (Tracey), Carolyn Parnell (Bob), Kim Dalton (Timothy) and Lisa McCormick (Ted). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
