He was predeceased by: his grandmother Elizabeth Darlene Meeks (Darol) of Martinsville, VA.. He is survived by: his parents, Robert Alan Agee of Patrick Springs and Tina Lee Myers of Collinsville; his sisters, Brandi Nicole Ragland (Philip) of Claremore, OK and Somer Dawn Ramos (José) of Charlottesville, VA; his grandparents, Robert, Rita Agee of Patrick County and Gerald Wayne Myers (Colleen) of Kitty Hawk, NC; his nieces, Ella, Sadie Ragland, Adaline and Evelyn Ramos; and his stepmother Brittany Agee. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
