He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise Boley; his daughter Melissa Anne Martin (Danny); his stepchildren, Shelly Slaughter (TJ) and Brian Tatum (Jessica); and his grandchildren, Katelyn Tatum, Abigail Tatum, Kassidy Slaughter, Kylie Slaughter, Robert Knouse and Caroline Knouse.
