It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Utt Schlueter of Collinsville, Virginia, born in Martinsville, Virginia, who passed away on August 23, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus "Rudy" Marion Utt and Ruby Vaughan Utt; and her pets, Hokie and Barney. She is survived by: her husband Randy Schlueter; her children, John Schlueter (Caitlin), Brandi S. Lackey (Mitch), Paula Plaster Wood and Jim Parramore; her sister Teresa Prillaman (Marshall); her sister-in-law Bonnie Farmer (Bill); her brothers, Roger Utt (Teresa) and Eddie Utt; her grandchildren, Reed, Rhett Lackey and Grace Walsh; her nieces and nephews, Ashley McCarron, Brittany Beckett, Tiffany Clark, Carter Farmer and Colby Utt; and her pet Stella.
Due to Covid concerns, social distancing will be observed.
