He was predeceased by: his father Lowell T. Spencer, I; and his grandparents, Geneva Foley, Thelmer Foley, Liss Spencer and Elizabeth Stone Spencer.
He is survived by: his mother Arlene F. Spencer; and his sister Cheryl L. Spencer of Norfolk. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
