He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur J. Turner and Winnie Aldean Hall Turner; and his brother Ralph Turner. He is survived by: his wife Karen Mahaffey Turner; his daughters, Crystal Turner and Jennifer Hart (Brent); his granddaughter Ava Hart; and his siblings, Verona Martin, Viola Turner and Ronnie Turner.
