He was predeceased by: his father James Parnell; his wife Betty Jean Largen Parnell; and his siblings, Howard Parnell and June Burnette. He is survived by: his daughter Susan L. Agee (Scott); his grandchildren, Kenneth R. Draper and Emily Draper; and his siblings, Roy Parnell, Evelyn Newman, Connie Parnell, Paul Parnell and Bernie Parnell.
