It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffery Turney (Collinsville, Virginia), born in Martinsville, Virginia, who passed away on June 14, 2019, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father William Franklin "Frankie" Turney; and his grandparents, Lee, Aileen Bise Turney, Rossie and Virgie Hollandsworth Amos.
He is survived by: his mother Lorie Amos Holt; his stepfather Dwayne Holt; his wife Chassidy Nunn Turney; his daughter Journey Leigh Turney; his stepson Gavin Carter; his sisters, Shannon Clark, Ashley Holt-Penn and Amy Holt Boyes; and his stepbrothers, Chance Kidd and Matthew Holt. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
