He is survived by: the mother of his children Wanda Baker Pack; his sons, William "Smokey", Richard of Stanleytown and Russell "Rusty" of Bassett; and his grandchildren, Vickie Burnett Hooper of Australia, Rodney Burnett (Chelle) of Australia, Chelly Pack Carter of Lebanon, VA., Savannah S. Pack of Richmond, VA. and Samantha Dalton of Fieldale, VA.. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, three Great-Great Grandchildren and several special nieces.
