We are sad to announce that on September 1, 2020, at the age of 100, Essie Janey of Collinsville, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Abram McClain and Nancy Ella Cannaday Foley. She is survived by: her husband James Frank Janey; her children, Randall Janey, Patricia J. Beam, Frank Janey (Jane), John Janey (Wanda), Ricky Janey and Nancy Cloester (Don); and her daughter-in-law Nancy Janey. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandson.
In lieu of flowers, memorable can be made to the Benevolence Fund at First Baptist Church of Collinsville (3339 Virginia Ave., Collinsville, VA - 24112).
