She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett L. Janney and Ruby Frances Janney; her husband Kenneth Gibbs; and her siblings, Everett L. Janney, Jr., Frances Smith, Evelyn Lawson and Mary Frazier.
She is survived by: her children, James Douglas, Brian Keith Martin and Sheri Perry. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.
