Airy, NC; his grandchildren, Adam Barnes, Julie Isaac (Wilson) and Kyla Johnson (Kenan); his stepgrandchildren, Tyler Puckett (Amber), Brian Puckett and Katherine Childress (Charles); his great grandchildren, Kennedy Johnson and Kallie Johnson; and his siblings, Lolene Moore of Bassett, Mollie Dalton of Bassett and Wayne Prillaman of Alabama.
