She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Barrett and Jackqline Vessia Barrett. She is survived by: her sisters, Theresa Cartier of Jamaica, NY and Marilyn DeBerry (Garwin) of Charlottesville, VA; her nieces and nephews, Felicia McDaniels (Brian) of Beltsville, MD, Garwin DeBerry, Jr. of Charlottesville, Donna Gravely (PJ) of Collinsville, Stacey Barrett of Martinsville and Michael Cartier (Monica) of Manhattan; and her close friend Gracie Tidline of Martinsville. She is also survived by four great-nieces, four great-nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions a private graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 4, 2020, at 11:00 AM at Carver Memorial Gardens.
