With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Mitchell Seay of Collinsville, Virginia, born in Martinsville, Virginia, who passed away on January 16, 2021 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Talmadge Mitchell Seay and Mattie Frances Hodges Seay. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Draper Seay; and his siblings, Michael Seay (Margaret) of Collinsville, Treva Shivley (Wayne) of Collinsville, W. C. Fowlkes and Major Viney. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
Due to the governor's requirements for Covid-19, a face covering is required and social distancing is to be observed.
