She was predeceased by: her parents, Victoria Boothe Nichols and Thurman W. Nichols; her husband J. H. Eugene Peters; and her siblings, Wilton Nichols, Irene Price, Thelma Saunders, Etta Snead, Macie Riden, Hatha Jane Rich, Edna Handy, Della Mae Price and Glendola Midkiff.
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey D. (Brenda) of Bassett, VA; her grandsons, Bradley W. Jacobson (Torra), Jeffrey Peters Jr. (JD) and Ronald Logan Peters; her great grandchildren, Joshua Jacobson (Valery), Savannah Lumpkin (Tyler), Justin Jacobson, Cheyenne Watson, Luke Peters and Lyra Peters; her great great grandchildren, Teeghan Watson and Sutton Jacobson; her brother Bud Nichols (Bo); her sisters-in-law, Clovice Cooper of Ridgeway, VA and Edith Haskins of Bellview, FL.; and her caregivers, Christe Haley, Pat Duers and Peggy Richards.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Stone Memorial Christian Church in Collinsville.
