She is survived by: her husband Alvin Meade; her children, Carrie Meade, Kayla Collins (Jason) and Samuel Meade (Dana); her grandchildren, Tanner Stumpf, Landon Stumpf, Ian Hughes, Addison Meade and Easton Meade; her parents, Raymond Meade and Sue Meade; and her siblings, Randall Meade (Karen), Jeffery Meade (Rena), Mark Meade (Marie), Melinda Gouge (Ronnie) and Vicky Slemp (David).
