He is survived by: his children, Edward Lee Ball, Jr. (Belinda), Sandra Lee Rutherford (Conley), Norton and Trina Burns (Paul); and his sisters, Donna Faye Collins of Wise, VA and Pricilla Brock of Wise, VA. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother, Buddy.
