She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul W. Smith and Lola Smith (Nash). She is survived by: her siblings, Robert, Conley, Albert, Pauline Anderson, Virginia McGinnis (Jenny), Peggy St and Clair; her nephew Nathan Ogan; her siblings, Adine Smith, Lenora Crabtree, Sue Penley, Gay Gray (Jack), Karen Ogan (Doug), Damon Smith (Wanda), Mack Smith (Barbara Lee) and Paul Smith (PW); her friends, Linda Hobbs, Sue Monday, Eva Corbett, Molly Vliet and Lee; and her caregivers, Hollie, Caroline and Meredith. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews, cousins.
