She was predeceased by: her parents, Orsa Counts and Jossie Counts; her husband Gregory Ray Kennedy; her son Randy Dale Martin; her grandson Randy Lee Martin; and her sisters, Mary Jo Counts and Wanda Mayes.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Martin (Sheila) of Coeburn, VA, Freddie Martin of Coeburn, VA, Vada Fleming (Gary) of Coden, AL. and Windy LaRock (Guthrie) of Greer, S. C.; and her siblings, Noah Counts, Mike Counts of Nora, VA, Alice Bailey of Nora, VA, Phoebe Bennett of Castlewood, VA, Ann Holbrook of Morristown, TN, Vada Counts of Nora, VA. and Rosa Lee Miller of Detroit, MI. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
