She is survived by: her children, Debra Turner (Terry) and Doug Deel (Shelby); her grandchildren, James Justin Turner, Tara Turner, Anthony Cox (Cryssie), Megan Deel, Melinda Deel, Andy Deel and Makayla Deel; her great grandchildren, Jacob Turner, Austin Cox and Abel Cox; her siblings, Martha Musick, Lester Phipps, Kyle Phipps and Paul Phipps (Faye); and her in-laws, Shelia Phipps, Katherine Phipps, Ruby Phipps, Betty McReynolds, Landon Deel (Jean) and Vernie Bise (James). She is also survived by nephews and nieces; and her special friends.
